As a Leeds-based company we are always delighted to support local organisations and have been working with LCC for a number of years.
As a proactive and innovative Council, LCC is always working on ways to improve the lives of the region’s residents, whether it be through IoT connectivity or the development of smarter housing to drive social value. These are life-changing projects that will have a positive, long-term impact on the local community.
Impart has applied its best practice methodology to a number of these projects, encompassing grant applications, procurement documentation (specification, quality questions, evaluation criteria, etc.), reports and business cases, ensuring they all go through our robust iterative review process. Together we have achieved much success and hope to continue this for many years more.
Dylan Roberts, Chief Digital and Information Officer, explains:
“We first engaged Impart’s services when we, as part of the Yorkshire and Humber-wide collaboration, were bidding for Local Health and Care Record Exemplar funding to support the greater integration and sharing of patient data across the region. Impart supported us throughout the multi-phase bidding process that included both the initial submission and subsequent Key Lines of Enquiry (KLoE clarifications).
Throughout the process they brought discipline and provided bid writing education and development to the team. With their support, we were subsequently awarded one of the five first wave pilots (£7.5m grant), which was a huge success for the Council and the Yorkshire and Humber region as a whole.
Due to Impart’s extensive knowledge of tendering, they were instrumental in supporting a recent procurement, including the development of the specification, evaluation criteria and quality questions, and also participated in the subsequent evaluation of bidders’ responses.
The attention to detail provided by Impart is exceptional. They’ve helped strengthen the content of a variety of bids, procurements, business cases and strategies by asking challenging and thought-provoking questions. They ensure all the content within our submissions has gone through a rigorous process of challenge and improvement”.
